Cierra is a passionate advocate for quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, and space exploration, driven by her belief that access to science and discovery is a fundamental right. She has carved her own path in science and technology, proving that there is a way forward for anyone with a desire to learn and grow.

 

Cierra created The Daily Qubit to curate and translate important research in quantum computing, making the field more accessible to a wider audience. Through these efforts, she was selected to join The Quantum Insider as a deep tech journalist and data analyst. Her work and leadership have been recognized through the 2025 Quantum Innovation Summit’s Femtum Leap Quantum Rising Star award as a finalist.

 

As the founder of Universum Labs, Cierra is building a platform that leverages developing technologies to advance scientific discovery. She is an active member of the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C) and has recently joined the advisory council for Girls in Quantum.

 

Cierra’s work is fueled by her commitment to empowering individuals, especially women and underrepresented communities, to access the tools and knowledge needed to shape their futures. Her vision centers on creating a future where exponential technologies unlock humanity’s potential to address global challenges and explore the cosmos.
